Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team, drive revenue growth, and execute strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team development, and achieving ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
* Own quota setting, sales target allocation, and sales forecasting.
* Develop data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
* Monitor sales performance and adjust plans proactively.
People Development & Leadership
* Coach and mentor sales team members to maximize performance.
* Design and deliver ongoing sales training programs.
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales hires.
Pipeline & Process Management
* Oversee pipeline health through regular deal reviews and performance tracking.
* Ensure CRM accuracy and data integrity.
* Continuously improve sales processes and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to drive business growth.
* Support pricing strategies, incentive plans, and customer-focused initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred.
* 5–7 years of experience leading sales teams.
* Experience in Education, E-learning, B2B, or related industries is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and operational management skills.
