Job description:

1. Deployment check: Making sure deployment is done properly.

2. Advisors’ attendance: Ensuring all advisors go to the client on time.

3. Weekly follow-up: Following up with each advisor on their work every week.

4. Monthly objective: Each advisor has a monthly "objective" they do and send to the client. She’s the one who checks that it’s correct and complete.

5. System ownership: She manages a system herself, so the person must be skilled at using multiple systems.

6. Utilization: She’s responsible for utilization rates.

7. Resource allocation: Putting the right person with the right client.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in Giza. The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of people management and HR-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, maintaining schedules, preparing status reports, and supporting communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners. The role will also involve documenting requirements, tracking deliverables, identifying potential risks or delays, and helping to implement process improvements. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with project managers and consultants to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality client experience.

Strong project coordination skills, including task tracking, scheduling, and follow-up with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities.

Comfort with data entry, reporting, and the use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project management or collaboration platforms).

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to practical solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in HR, consulting, or people management solutions is an advantage, especially within the MENA region.

Ability to work on-site adapt to a dynamic, client-driven environment.
