Oracle Technical Consultant

Talent 360 is hiring a Junior Oracle Technical Consultant (1–3 years of experience) to join our growing Oracle technical team and support enterprise Oracle projects across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle technical solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle APEX, and related Oracle technologies, working closely with senior technical consultants and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support technical customizations onOracle E-Business Suite R12, supporting Finance, SCM, and HCM modules.
• Develop and maintainOracle APEX applications, reports, dashboards, and database-driven solutions.
• Write, develop, and optimizeSQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs.
• Support the development and maintenance of Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
• Participate in technical analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Work closely with Senior Oracle Technical Consultants and Functional Consultants to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support Oracle integrations and technical troubleshooting activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, test scripts, and deployment documents.
• Participate in client-facing activities, solution discussions, and project delivery under the guidance of senior team members.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge of Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle technical development.

• Strong knowledge ofSQL and PL/SQL.

• Practical experience withOracle E-Business Suite R12.

• Experience developing withOracle APEX.

• Knowledge of Oracle development tools, includingOracle Forms, Reports Builder, and Workflow Builder.

• Good understanding of database concepts and Oracle development standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to learn and develop within a consulting environment.
• Experience withOracle Fusion Cloud, particularly Finance, SCM, or HCM.
• Knowledge ofOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience withOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Knowledge ofJDeveloper / ADF.
• Experience withBI Publisher and ORDS.

Working Conditions

- Work Model: Hybrid.

- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

- Location: Based in Egypt with potential onsite assignments.

- Travel: Opportunity for onsite deployment at customer sites in KSA or UAE depending on project requirements.
