We are seeking a Senior Python Developer specializing in AI and Generative AI. This role is designed for a technical "builder" who thrives in the space between experimental Proof of Concepts and production-level implementation.
Working directly with the Lead Architect, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-stakes AI solutions, writing robust Python code for LLM integration, and presenting innovative architectural designs to key stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role within an organization currently undergoing a significant AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Development:Lead the development of Python-based AI solutions, moving fluidly from initial POC stages to near-production level code.
- Architectural Strategy:Support the Lead Architect in designing scalable solutions, focusing on process orchestration and fast-paced testing.
- Stakeholder Management:Gather requirements and present technical milestones to stakeholders, demonstrating the feasibility and value of experimental AI models.
- Advanced Orchestration:Define and implement robust architectures for distributed systems, ensuring reliability in complex, regulated environments.
- Ownership & Delivery:Take independent ownership of specific project modules, from technical discovery to final delivery.
Senior Python Expertise:Â 4+ years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and data analysis.
Generative AI & LLM: Proven hands-on experience with:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures andVector Databases.
Prompt Engineering and framework mastery (e.g.,LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Deep understanding of how LLMs function under the hood.
Infrastructure & Environment: Solid experience withLinux and Cloud platforms
