Talan is seeking a skilledC# .NET Developer with REACT experience to join our delivery teams working onFront Office platforms within Global Markets environments.

In this role, you will design, build, and enhanceregulatory, alerting, and sales enablement solutions, supporting front-office users in fast-paced trading environments. You will work at the intersection ofbusiness and technology, delivering high-performance applications that directly impact sales and trading activities.

You will contribute to the development offront-office sales and trading tools within a Global Markets ecosystem, supporting a range of business-critical applications.

Operating in adistributed agile environment, you will collaborate with:

• Front office stakeholders (sales & trading)
• Application support and production teams
• QA and testing teams
• Distributed delivery teams across Europe and globally

This role offers exposure tocomplex, real-time systems within capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintainfront-office applications, components and utilities
• Contribute across the fullsoftware development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
• Build and deliverhigh-performance, scalable applications
• DevelopRESTful APIs and modern UI applications using React
• Engage directly withbusiness stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver value-driven solutions
• Collaborate with production support teams to ensuresmooth releases and system stability
• Providethird-line support and assist with troubleshooting production incidents
• Contribute tocode reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience (Required)

• Strong development experience inC# / .NET & REACT (server-side and/or full-stack)

• Experience buildingweb-based applications and RESTful APIs
• Solid experience withrelational databases and SQL
• Experience withmodern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React
• Strong understanding ofapplication performance and optimisation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working inagile, collaborative environments
• Experience withininvestment banking or capital markets environments
• Knowledge offront office systems (FX, Rates, Credit, or derivatives)
• Experience withmulti-threaded or distributed systems
• Familiarity withCI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity) and deployment tools (e.g. Ansible)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
