About TajHR

TajHR is a growing HR consultancy serving clients across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MENA region. We help organizations build high-performing teams through recruitment, HR outsourcing, and workforce solutions. We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries within the MENA region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
  • Present and promote TajHR's recruitment, HR outsourcing, and workforce solutions.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members (for Team Lead candidates).

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in selling professional services, consulting, HR solutions, staffing services, or SaaS products.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Jordanian and Saudi business markets.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in Amman and willing to travel for business meetings and client visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within recruitment, HR services, staffing, or workforce solutions.
  • Existing network of HR Directors, Operations Directors, business owners, or senior decision-makers in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience selling services to Saudi-based clients from Jordan.
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring junior sales professionals.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
