We’re seeking a customer service–driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager at two of our premier properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village:Highlands SlopesideandMcCoy Peak Lodge! Duties Include:
Responsibilities include conducting regular home inspections and property walks, engaging with homeowners and guests, and creating work orders for engineering and housekeeping needs. You’ll collaborate closely with the Property Manager, another Assistant Property Manager, and Front Desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations. This role also includes managing package deliveries for owners and guests and using TRACK software to handle reservations, billing, and maintenance requests with accuracy and care.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $24 - $26/hour
Schedule: Flexible, 2 days at McCoy Peak Lodge and 2 days at Highlands Slopeside each week

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar service-focused role.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and property management software.
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.
- Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests from start to finish.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and property maintenance, or experience working closely with maintenance teams.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback, and build new skills.
- A personable, professional approach and the ability to build rapport with homeowners, guests, vendors, and coworkers.
- The adaptability to move between two properties, respond to changing needs, and work weekends.
