$25–$30/hour based on experience | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

We are looking for an organized and dependableProject Administrator to support our project and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and project records.
• Upload and track documents throughProcore, Autodesk, or Trimble.
• Prepare IOM manuals, equipment documentation, and other project paperwork.
• Assist with work orders, inventory pricing, vehicle records, and general office administration.
• Answer phones and provide administrative support to the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Procore, Autodesk, or Trimble is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Construction or project administration experience preferred.
• ComputerEase experience is a plus.

Pay: $25–$30/hour based on experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
