Head of Returns/Service Tools/Shipping Receiving

The Head of Returns/Service Tools/Shipping Receiving will supervise spare parts returns, shipping and receiving operations in Building 1, and manage service tools across the Service Department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of Shipping & Receiving Clerks, Returns Representatives, and Service Tool Coordinators.
• Manage service tool inventory levels to ensure availability for field service needs.
• Oversee the calibration process for all service tools and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Follow up with service technicians and managers on outstanding tools requiring return.
• Drive SYNCHRO initiatives to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
• Ensure customers receive timely credit for returned parts.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open returns, overdue tools, and shipping/receiving backlog.
• Ensure shipping, receiving, returns, and tool room areas are maintained as clean and safe work environments.
• Collaborate with the Service Management team to ensure toolboxes are properly maintained—clean, calibrated, and complete.

Experience & Education

Minimum of two years of professional experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or order processing environment, with strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Customer service or a SYNCHRO experience is a plus. Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and SIS.

Pay Range: $89,610 to $126,690
