Working as part of a cross-functional team you lead the RDQ activities required to complete new product development and maintain portfolios and/or productivity projects keeping in mind the goal to deliver the desired consumer experience.

How you will contribute

Withthesupportandguidance of amanager,youwill organizeandexecuteprojects inlinewith RDQ, marketingandmanufacturingrequirements,effectivelycommunicatingstatusandrisks.Youwill planandconduct pilotplantandfactorytrials inaccordancewithgoodmanufacturingpracticeand HACCPrequirementsanddevelopmentactivities (e.g.productshelf-lifetesting,designingforquality,consumer testpreparationetc.).Youwillalsowritetechnicalreportsthatwillrequiretheanalysisandinterpretation ofresultsandthatlead toconclusionsandrecommendationsandcreateandmaintainaccurateconsumer-ledspecifications. 

Toprovidedirectionforproductdevelopment,youwillusedigitalsimulationmodels toobtain,understandandinterpretconsumerinsightsandcommercialinformation.Inthis role,youwillcreateandmaintainaccurateconsumer-ledspecificationsand beresponsibleforstakeholdermanagementandinfluencingdecisionsbased onconclusionsmadefromanalysisandinterpretation ofresults.

• Any experiencewithanalyticalsciences,statisticsanddatamanagement isdesirable 

Education / Certifications:

• Education:Bachelor’sdegree inFoodScience,Chemistry,ChemicalEngineering,or arelatedscientificdiscipline. 

• Experience: 3-5years of experience,ideallyviauniversitylab work,internships,orpriortechnicalplacements. Product Development experiencewithinFoodIndustry is aplus.

• TechnicalSkills: Basicfamiliaritywith ProductLifecycle Management (PLM)systems,datamanagement,orspecificationdatabases is aplus. 

Job specific requirements:

• Deliver Targets:Supportprojectmilestonesunderthe Kitchenand Auroraprogramswithhighscientificrigor. 

• Technical Support:Coordinate pilot-scaletrials,execute PLMdataentry,andmanagetechnicalproductspecifications. 

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partnerwith R&DCategory, ConsumerSciences,Procurement,andProcessteams toaligningredientdata. 

• WorkFlexibly:Balanceindependentprojectownershipwithactive,daily teamcollaboration.
