System Analyst/Researcher 4G/5G, Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

This position is in Poland forR&D area for telecommunication industry. Main area of System Analyst responsibilities is focused on research and analysis tasks.

Wrocław/Szczecin/Poznań/Kraków/Warszawa or 100% home office work is possible!

Your team:

• is responsible for deliveringnew feature specifications and algorithms for5G.
• usesmachine learning and AIsolutions.
• count around 35 people and ismultinational. Some polish team-members are only English speaking.
• is divided into areas, so it means that team-members have their ownspecialization as a sub-team.
• works very closely with other teams located inPoland, Sweden and China.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G inRadio Resource Management(eg Scheduling, Link Adaptation, Beam Forming, Carrier Aggregation, Fast Cell Coordination) and theRadio Physical Layer
• Work collaboratively onnew features, simulations and improvementswith cross-functional development teams.
• Contribute to advances in 5G Standards.
• Contribute to Innovation and IPR. File Invention disclosures and Patents.
• Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks. Understand customer configurations and issues.

We expect you have:

• Background incommunications theory
• Knowledge of5G specifications, especially in the areas of theL1 orL2, Digital Signal Processing, Radio Resource Management
• Analytical mindset, high capacity, result oriented and ability to deliver under pressure.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, because of English-speaking work environment.

It's very useful if you have:

• Some experience insystems analysisor in a similar position in telecommunication area.
• Knowledge ofprogramming languageslike: C, C++, and/or Java
