System Administrator (IBM UrbanCode Deploy)

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in IBM UrbanCode Deploy for an onsite position in Cleveland, OH. This role involves installation, configuration, administration, and support of the UrbanCode Deploy platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and overall administration of IBM UrbanCode Deploy.
• Provide software engineering support for the UrbanCode Deploy platform.
• Manage licenses through the IBM license key center.
• Onboard consumers to the UrbanCode Deploy application.
• Develop and support custom plugins, including integration with platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Utilize coding skills in languages such as Ansible and Python.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience with IBM UrbanCode Deploy.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux basics and commands.
• Experience in building and supporting custom plugins for UrbanCode Deploy.
