Introduction

Join our team as a System Administrator where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by acting as a liaison between our users and the vendors who provide us with essential software. This position focuses on clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and incident management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in incident management
• Production support expertise
• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow for incident and case management
• Mid-level Excel experience
• Customer service oriented
• Prior work experience in securities and/or securities operations industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with apps supporting securities processing
• SEI SWP knowledge
• SEI Trust 3000 knowledge
• Prompting Client Copilot experience
• Reliability engineering

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide production support and manage incidents/problems
• Perform clerical/administrative tasks such as opening, managing, and closing vendor tickets
• Monitor reports and take action based on the issues presented
• Assist with application system problem resolution by collaborating with developers, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
• Understand general technology
