We, Klenzaids Contamination Controls Private Limited, a member of the Syntegon group, are leading manufacturers and suppliers of pharmaceutical packaging machinery and systems.Â
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the Syntegon Pharma sales team in IndiaÂ
and support the overall Syntegon Pharma Growth strategy and the ambitious targets.Â
He/she will steer the regional sales team and support the development of the team and exchange closelyÂ
intensively with the Centre of Competencies and Manufacturing sites of Syntegon to ensure the growth ofÂ
the sales volumes of the Syntegon equipment in India.Â
Â
- Experience in sales and marketing in the pharma industry and proven track record of achieving salesÂ
- targets and driving revenue growthÂ
- Strong customer network and access to key decision makers.Â
- Profound experience in leading and managing sales teams (KPI-driven, regular review, coaching &Â
- support of the team members, capabilities development in soft and hard skills)Â
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement salesÂ
- strategies that align with business objectives.Â
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintainÂ
- strong relationships with customers, and internal teams.Â
- Ability to analyze market data, competition, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies andÂ
- plans.Â
- Frequent travel to customer sites and attendance of industry events is expectedÂ
Â
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is requiredÂ
- Master’s in Business Administration degree would be value added.Â

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLSÂ
- More than 18 years of relevant experience.Â
- Strong leadership and team building skillsÂ
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on themÂ
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, andÂ
- recommendations, and drive actions.Â
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment,Â
- attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Â
