As part of the regional Quality team, you will help strengthen quality performance at the Nérac site and ensure consistent application of Quality Management standards across production and supply operations. You will support compliance, risk-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Quality Management System:implement, maintain and improve applicable QMS processes for the site, aligned with global standards and operational needs.

Audits & compliance:prepare and support internal and external audits, follow up audit findings and coordinate timely closure of action plans.

Non-conformities, CAPA & complaints:coordinate investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint follow-up.

Quality risk management:identify quality risks in operations, contribute to mitigation plans and reinforce quality governance at site level.

Cross-functional partnership:work closely with Production, SPR, Logistics, Commercial and other internal stakeholders to embed quality requirements into operational decisions.

Performance & continuous improvement:monitor quality KPIs, analyse trends and drive practical improvements to reduce repeat issues and strengthen consistency.

Digital tools & harmonisation:support effective use of quality and ERP systems, including SAP and ETQ Reliance.

Required

• Solid experience in quality assurance, operational quality or quality management systems, ideally around 5 years, gained in an industrial, food, pharmaceutical, agricultural or seed production environment.
• Good understanding of QMS, audits, non-conformities, RCA/CAPA, document management, management of change, management review and continuous improvement.
• Fluent French is essential; professional English is required to collaborate with the wider team and international stakeholders.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, discipline, autonomy and pragmatic field orientation.

Preferred

• Knowledge of agriculture, agronomy, cereals or seed production; experience with SAP, ETQ Reliance, Smartsheet or similar tools.
