Our mission
Banking belongs in business software
Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. Theyâre on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.
But when it comes to financial workflows, thereâs still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.
Itâs a missed opportunity. Business software shouldnât just record financial activity â it should run it.

Job description
Your primary mission is to support the Chief Risk Officer in ensuring the effectiveness of Swan's governance framework, regulatory oversight processes, and audit remediation programs. You'll act as the central coordinator for key management committees â the Risk Committee, Oversight Committee, and New Product Committee â and serve as the single source of truth for oversight activities across the organization.
â¨Main Responsabilities
Own committee governance end-to-endâ drive the agenda, coordinate inputs, prepare decision papers, and ensure rigorous follow-up on action items across the Risk, Oversight, and New Product Committees.
Be the guardian of risk frameworksâ keep the Risk Assessment Matrix, Risk Mapping, and Risk Appetite Framework accurate and up to date; monitor key risk indicators and emerging risks; and coordinate risk reporting for senior management.
Ensure regulatory reporting stays on trackâ maintain a 360° view of all regulatory submissions, monitor quality and timeliness, track remediation commitments from supervisory reviews, and flag any breaches proactively.
Drive audit remediation with rigorâ act as the central point of contact for internal and regulatory audits, track action plans across all functions, challenge delays, and report on progress and residual exposure to management.
Power executive decision-makingâ sitting at the crossroads of risk, compliance, audit, legal, and operations, you produce governance dashboards, trend analyses, and Board-ready briefings that give senior management and committees the sharp, decision-oriented view they need to act.
â¨Your teamÂ
You'll report directly to the Chief Risk Officer, who oversees three complementary teams: Compliance (local regulatory officers and regulatory managers covering partner qualification and product assessments), FinCrime (KYC escalation, transaction monitoring, SAR filings), and Internal Control (second line of defense). Beyond your direct team, you'll collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, GTM, Product, Strategy, and Management â giving you a truly cross-functional seat at the table.
Preferred experience
Â
â¨Youâre a great match if:
You have managed cross-functional projects or remediation plans and know how to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
You have experience managing regulatory information requests, evidence collection, and responses to regulatory findings.
You have a background in Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, or a Control function.
You have experience in payments or e-money institutions.
Our ideal teammate: Empathetic. Skilled. Frank. We love to challenge each other, and we leave our egos at the door.
It's okay if you don't tick all the boxes â don't let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! đ
