🤝Our Team Contacts Them: If eligible, our Talent Acquisition Team will reach out to start the process. If there are no current openings, we’ll keep their information on file and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.

Eligibility Requirements:

🗣️Speak English at aB2 level or higher
🇪🇺Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)
📄Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
📅Referrals are valid for 6 months, after which they need to be resubmitted.
