Surge Professional is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for an immediate temporary assignment with a leading organization in Denver, Colorado.

Location: Denver, CO – On-site
Assignment: Approximately 60 days
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can provide full-scope HR support in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, partnering with employees and leadership, and handling a variety of day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
• Assist with employee relations and workplace concerns
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
• Assist with recruiting and hiring activities
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures
• Assist with benefits and leave-related questions
• Support compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
• Partner with management on HR-related issues and initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of general HR practices and employment policies
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent HR experience will be considered
