Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour, depending on experience
Night Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour

Job Summary

We are hiring dependableMachine Operators and Line Operators to join a manufacturing team on the night shift. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Set up and load materials or components into machines as needed.
• Monitor the production line to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record production information and report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Meet established production and attendance expectations.
• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or line operation experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a6:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
