Janitorial/Forklift Operator

Location: Heath, OH
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 5:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain clean and safe floors and work areas in an industrial environment. This role involves walking and operating various floor-cleaning equipment, as well as a tow motor to empty chip hoppers and trash cans.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain industrial flooring using vacuums, hand mops, carpet shampoo equipment, and floor polishers/buffers.
• Operate a tow motor regularly to empty chip hoppers and trash containers.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas.
• Walk and remain active for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience operating floor polishing/buffing equipment is highly preferred.
• Tow motor/forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to walk and remain physically active throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
