Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and observability.

This person will help architect, maintain, and improve scalable cloud infrastructure while supporting deployment workflows, monitoring systems, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, comfortable working with international teams, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, maintain, and evolve scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes environments, specifically AKS.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Support GitOps practices and improve deployment workflows.
• Own and improve observability practices, including monitoring, alerting, and tracing.
• Work with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Tempo.
• Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence across the platform.
• Contribute to internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen DevOps culture and best practices.
• Support and mentor engineers when needed.

• C1 English or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure.
• Strong experience managing Kubernetes environments, ideally AKS.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform, OpenTofu, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and/or ArgoCD.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
  Experience with GitOps practices.
• Experience contributing to internal developer platforms or self-service engineering tools.
• Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology environments.
• Previous experience working with international or U.S.-based teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers or helping teams improve DevOps practices.

• $3,500–$4,500/month, with flexibility depending on technical strength and English level.
