Job description

To supervise and direct human resources services for the District for compliance with laws, policies, and procedures in a manner that will enhance the organization and promote employee morale.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources or related field.
Five (5) years of related experience in Education, Business or industry, or a Master’s degree in a related area, three (3) years of which must be in an area of Human Resources Management, Accounting, Data Management/retrieval, statistical analysis with demonstrated program coordination and supervisory skills.
