Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Track project milestones, action items, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular project status updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.
• Support process improvements and help drive operational efficiency within project workflows.
