Support Engineer

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CPQ professional to join our team in a long-term production support role. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CPQ, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently analyze and resolve production issues.
 
Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for CPQ applications.
• Investigate and resolve CPQ-related production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product rules, price rules, quote calculations, configuration, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, business, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for process/product improvements.
• Support releases, deployments, and production changes as required.
• Maintain proper documentation for incidents, resolutions, and known issues.
• Work proactively to ensure system stability and availability.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and CPQ
• Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience in production support / application support
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of CPQ processes, product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote generation
• Experience of handling production incidents, defects, and service requests
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
