DPPis seeking aSupply Chain Technical Coordinatorfor an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry.
 
Work location: Onsite in Ogden, UT
Duration: 12 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Work authorization: US Citizen
 
Position Summary:
  • Support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.
  • Provide technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
  • Primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Will perform a combination of manual and clerical duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, as well as computers and various applications to process and maintain data.
  • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1-year additional education and/or related experience.
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving.
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Good Receiving transactions.
  • Must know how to read Stores Pick Tickets.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
  • Forklift/Reach lift experience.
