Supply Chain Generalist

Position Summary

Supports purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations across Sun Life Health. Responsible for purchase orders, vendor communication, inventory control, receiving, and distribution of supplies.

Essential Functions

• Create and track purchase orders
• Request quotes and communicate with vendors
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Receive and distribute supplies and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform inventory counts and audits
• Resolve order, shipping, and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse
• Coordinate supply needs and deliveries across locations

Qualifications

• Purchasing, supply chain, or inventory control experience preferred
• Purchase order and ERP system experience preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Must meet fingerprinting requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Travel between locations may be required
