**Requirements:**

* 1-3yrs of experience in product design / strong design portfolio
* Someone who would love to build a true Ed-tech with us and cruise in a fast-pace environment
* Asks right questions to understand problem statement deeply
* Can dig deep to understand target audience
* Can make workflows by understanding different cohorts of this audience
* **Bonus** - It's a dynamic design role, can you do basic motion designs? like

**Responsibilities:**

* You will work closely with our product and growth teams 💡
* Basic prototypes in Figma wherever needed
* Design product features with a structured process - research, user insights & competitive analysis
* Be aware of the problems across the platforms and can suggest what can be solved with design
* Take data-driven decisions wherever needed
* Collate user feedback from different mechanisms
