Position Summary
Watson Refrigeration is seeking experiencedCommercial Rack Refrigeration Service Technicians throughout North Carolina. This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on experience servicing supermarket and convenience store rack refrigeration systems who can work independently and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
Service supermarket rack refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, freezers, reach-in cases, and related equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service.
Follow all company and industry safety standards and refrigeration best practices.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 emergency service.
Assist with additional service work as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of3 years of commercial refrigeration experience.
Strong experience working withsupermarket or convenience store rack refrigeration systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment independently.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience working with multiple refrigerants.
Technical training through a trade school, apprenticeship, RSES, or equivalent field experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
