Superintendent – Masonry & Concrete Restoration

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial restoration projects throughout the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry and concrete restoration, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and related building envelope work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day field operations
• Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate materials, equipment, Client, and site logistics
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial restoration
• Strong experience with masonry, concrete, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and restoration
• Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA/Safety training is a plus
• Willingness to travel throughout the DC/Baltimore market
