- You will monitor, analyze, and interpret ESG-related regulatory requirements and environmental legislation applicable to our products and operations - including the EU Battery Regulation, WEEE Directive, PPWR, F-Gas Regulation, CBAM, and other sustainability-driven frameworks.
- You will coordinate and support Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations, covering registrations, reporting, audits, and engagement with producer responsibility organizations and regulatory authorities.
- You will assess emerging regulatory developments and translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical business actions and compliance measures.
- You will provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders on environmental compliance obligations and sustainability-related product requirements across European entities.
- You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of our corporate compliance framework, including training programs, risk assessments, and internal investigations.
- You will conduct compliance due diligence on third parties - including distributors, suppliers, and agents - to identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, or reputational risks.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Policy, Business Compliance, or a related field.
- You bring approximately 2+ years of professional experience in ESG compliance, environmental compliance, sustainability, product compliance, regulatory affairs, or supply chain due diligence.
- You have hands-on experience interpreting and applying EU product compliance regulations - particularly the Battery Regulation, WEEE, Packaging, F-Gas, CBAM, or similar environmental legislation.
- You are familiar with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes and environmental compliance obligations within the EU.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate regulatory texts into practical, actionable business guidance.
- You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
- Business fluent English (C1/C2) is required; proficiency in additional European languages (especially German or Polish) or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- You exhibit high integrity, strong professional ethics, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced international environment.
