About the role

We're looking for a freelance motion designer to create marketing creatives for our AI-powered products and games.

Work is organized by concepts: one concept = 3–5 videos of the same type — variations for different channels, formats, and hypotheses. Fixed payment per concept, agreed before the start.

We provide access to our AI generation stack.

What you'll do

• Turn briefs from our Creatives Producer into finished video creatives.
• Generate visuals and footage with our AI tools (access provided).
• Assemble and finish videos: hooks, subtitles, overlays, end cards, sound, cleanup of AI artifacts.
• Adapt each concept across platforms and formats.
• Suggest your own hooks and angles when you see something that could work better.
• Work closely with the Marketing Creatives Producer and UA Manager.

What we expect

• Experience in motion design, full cycle — from brief to final video.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Comfortable assembling and finishing videos in After Effects or a comparable editor; working knowledge of Figma and Illustrator.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how creatives drive campaign results.
• Speed and consistency: ability to run several concepts in parallel and meet deadlines.
• Around 15 hours per week available for us, steadily rather than in bursts.
• Interest in a long-term collaboration — freelance in format, steady in practice. We're building an ongoing flow of concepts, not looking for a one-off project.

Terms

• Fully remote, flexible schedule within concept deadlines.
• $30 per concept (3–5 videos of the same type, including revisions); larger concepts are paid proportionally more. Scope and timeline agreed before the start.
• We plan the flow of concepts around roughly 15 hours per week, though the exact volume varies depending on campaign needs.
• We provide access to all AI tools you'll need.

Hiring process

HR call → paid test task ($30) → start. The test task is a real brief we actually run, so we pay for it and provide a one-time access key to our AI tools.

How to apply

Send your showreel or portfolio (ideally 3–5 performance creatives you made end-to-end) and a short note on which AI tools you use and how.
