We are searching for the best talent for the Jr Medical Manager Oncology LA North to be in Bogota, Colombia.

You will be responsible for:

•  Lead scientific discussions withkey internal and external stakeholders / influencers (e.g., KOLs, Medical societies, etc.) focusing on changing medical behavior through the exchange of scientific knowledge and conveying the value of the attributes related to the innovation

•  Lead thesharing of scientific knowledgeto internal stakeholders e.g., through provision of training to help to ensure highest standards of brand/therapy expertise in customer facing teams

•  Provide insightsaround key brand, marketplace themes/trends and competitors 

•   Decision making oncurrent and future license indicationsand enable internal and external customers to make informed decisions

• Increase the customers understandingof Janssen products and compliance 

•  Point of contact for investigators proposing investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and manage such studies in collaboration with GCO- MAO

•  Janssen speaker externally for specific forums where MAF can add important value to the discussions 

•  Scientific Support communicationsdept with patient advocacy groups and their initiatives e.g., responding to clinical interest, gathering insights 

•  Develop KOL’s strategic mapping and engagement

•  Co-lead with the Market Accessdepartment the guidelines and endorsement strategy, identifying local gaps and regional gaps to involve the correct MAF Stakeholders   

•  Work in collaboration with MAF Regional Leader for PI and site selection and engagement strategy (resolve issues with enrolled sites, and participate in meetings as appropriate, including site initiation visits and investigator launch meetings) aligned with TA head/Senior medical manager

• Provide real time coaching for MSL team to support the development of scientific and soft skills when applicable

•  Contributes to regional IEGP process providing data generation gaps for Key inline and pipeline less than 24 months product when TA head is not available

•  Collaborate with RA, PV, PSP for key processes as Risk management plans, etc.

 

Qualifications:

  • Therapeutic area scientific knowledge and skills to interpret scientific data

  • 3-5 Years Work Experience as a Sr MSL in big pharm companies in therapeutic areas as Oncology(highly desired), Hematology, Immunology.

  • Communication and presentation skills

  • Business acumen

  • Teamwork, leadership, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix

  •  Awareness of, and adherence to, Johnson & Johnson Credo values
