Who we are
About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The Global Executive Marketing team creates experiences for the executive audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue. We understand the executive audience and create content and experiences to programmatically reach them, ultimately helping Stripe attract, grow, and retain our most strategic users. The team is composed of three functional groups—Executive Briefings, Executive Programs, and Executive Content—that work together to help users learn more about Stripe and discover new areas for collaboration.
What you’ll do
As a member of the Executive Programs team, you will develop and execute experiences and events that strengthen Stripe’s relationships with the C-suite and executive audience. You will work with the broader Executive Marketing team to deliver curated content and elevated experiences through events, roundtables, presentations, and networking opportunities. Key programs of responsibility include Stripe’s Customer Advisory Board and Executive Summit that takes place at our annual user event, Sessions. You will orchestrate Stripe executives, sales teams, product management, and engineering teams across geographies to ensure continuous program innovation and enhanced offerings that allow our team to deepen relationships with key decision makers at prospective and existing Stripe customers.
This role will report to the Head of Executive Programs and can be based out of our headquarters in South San Francisco or in our New York or Seattle offices. Hybrid and remote options will be considered for strong candidates. Occasional travel will be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive executive program strategy to engage the right executives across global regions, including: identifying and acquiring target audiences, coordinating logistics, developing tailored agendas, crafting materials, and orchestrating multiple stakeholders and workstreams to meet deadlines
- Manage and grow the Customer Advisory Board program, a committee of executive leaders who advise on Stripe’s strategic product and go-to-market investments
- Spearhead the Executive Summit experience, an invite-only experience hosted in conjunction with Stripe’s annual user conference
- Translate a deep understanding of our executive audience into white-glove experiences that build trust and deepen relationships between Stripe and our users
- Establish strategic relationships and cross-functionally collaborate on executive programs with teams including our own C-suite and leaders across our product, sales, customer success, and field marketing teams
- Champion the voice of our customers to inform our product roadmap, content development, and go-to-market strategies
- Report on executive programs results, ensuring ROI (return on investment) is measured through pipeline acceleration, customer penetration, and other metrics at an account level
- Build the executive programs brand internally to drive awareness for unique experiences to engage the executive audience
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirements
- 10+ years of consulting, marketing, or executive briefing experience, preferably in B2B scenarios
- Experience leading customer advisory boards, executive engagement programs, or strategic events

- Proven ability to work across a global sales and marketing team to define requirements and priorities and deliver relevant content and programs
- Extensive and efficient project management experience, with a strong track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage all levels (particularly the C-suite) with confidence and poise
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience aligning multiple senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written, and verbal communication, and analytical skills
