Strategic Sourcing Specialist : 26-02826

This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives for employee benefits and recruiting services. You will partner closely with HR and other teams to optimize supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts. The position requires a results-oriented individual with a passion for driving value through procurement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing events for benefits and recruiting vendors.
• Analyze supplier proposals and market data.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Track and report on sourcing performance.
• Support ongoing vendor management activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of Source-to-Contract processes.
• Strong collaboration and analytical abilities.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience sourcing categories such as employee benefits, health and welfare, insurance, or talent acquisition services is preferred.
