What you will do:
The ProcurementItem Master (IM) andBlanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Costing Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IM BPAs and Costing administration. This role ensures that all Procurement elements within the IM are consistently accurate and updated in accordance with established procedures. The Specialist will facilitate data uploads from Oracle Fusion and collaborate with the Analytics team. Additionally, the role involves gathering, entering, maintaining, and monitoring core data to ensure compliance with relevant policies and data quality standards. How you will do it:
Collaborate closely with Item Master Management, Procurement, Analytics, and Pricing teams to drive process improvements using Oracle Fusion best practices.
Ensure that all Procurement administrative aspects of the IM BPA and Costing database are accurate across Fusion EMEA, maintained according to procedures, and aligned with service level agreements (SLAs).
Create and maintain Blanket Purchase Agreements in Oracle Fusion.
Calculate, create, and maintain Cost Elements in Oracle Fusion, including Item Cost, Standard Cost, and Inventory Standard Cost.
Manage data analytics to support standard cost management, PPV management, and cost change initiatives.
Providesupport for BAAN Italy and Spain in Item Master management, specifically related to item and cost creation.
Regularly deactivate obsolete data to maintain database integrity.
Participate in the successful deployment of Fusionas it is implementedacross EMEA.
Offer general support as required, ensuring sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.
Communicate effectively in English.

A university degree or equivalent is required.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to present information clearly.
Competence in gathering, organizing, and summarizing information into logical conclusions.
Adaptability to evolving roles and the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
A strong process orientation and a focus on customer service.
Capability to work from home effectively.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and dependable.
A desire to develop Procurement skills or 3+ years of experience in Procurement.

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of 1650–2484 EUR per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
