• Introductory Call: In a 20-minute exchange with People & Culture, we look together at mutual expectations. We then check the available positions internally.
• First interview: You will then get to know our manager from the relevant area and delve deeper into technical topics and the role. 
• Second interview: If everything fits, this is usually followed by a second interview - also on site if you prefer
• Final decision
