You are a software developer (m/f/d) looking to help shape sophisticated applications that create real value? At Septeo CNEE, you will develop modern software solutions for document management and legal communication within a hybrid landscape of cloud and on-premises systems. You can expect technically diverse challenges, complex domain requirements, and projects with a direct impact on everyday professional practice.

Your workplace / location:
Work at one of our offices in Germany remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Independent implementation of complex development projects and user stories
Provide technical support for design and architecture in collaboration with the team and the Technical Lead
Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through unit testing
Support project planning and maintain close communication with the Product Triad (UX, Product Manager, Technical Lead) and other stakeholders
Mentor and coach software engineers
Analyze and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
Prepare technical documentation and design specifications

Quality Management: TDD, DDD, Clean Code, Unit Testing, Test Automation, Acceptance Testing

Extensive professional experience in software development with a focus on modern technologies and architectural approaches
Strong expertise inC# (Backend) andAngular (Frontend)
Experience with relational databases (MSSQL,PostgreSQL)
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS,Azure)
Familiarity withCI/CD, container technologies (Docker,Kubernetes), and microservices
Independent, structured working style and strong IT affinity
You are experienced working with and using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT - especially in coding environment
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

On-site Interview & Team Introduction: You’ll visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, where we’ll conduct a technical deep dive based on an example together with one of our team members.
