Medication History Specialist (Pharmacy Tech) - evening shift

Job Description:

ThePatient Data Entry Specialist position is responsible for patient interviews to collect admission medication and allergy history, initial and ongoing data entry into EMR, and communication of findings to the appropriate parties (prescriber, RN, pharmacy).

EDUCATION: GED or High School Diploma required. 

REGISTRATIONS: Registration as a Pharmacy Technician through the State of Nebraska required. Certified Pharmacy Technician required within 1 year of registration.
