Let’s start with the role
We are looking for a data-driven and proactiveRetention Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of our CRM strategies, using best practices to engage and retain our customer base. You will be responsible for the end-to-end rollout of campaigns—from reward setup and multi-channel communication to rigorous quality assurance—ensuring our promotions are delivered seamlessly and optimized for the best possible results.

As a Retention Executive, you will:

  • Execute and fulfill CRM strategies and various promotions/offers efficiently to maximize customer engagement and retention across Sportsbook & Casino;
  • Set up and launch promotions, managing reward configurations, ensuring visibility on our websites, and orchestrating communications across email, private messages, push notifications, and SMS;
  • Optimize communication design and content, ensuring layout, copy, and visuals are tailored for maximum impact across all CRM campaigns;
  • Perform rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) on all automated and ad-hoc campaigns to guarantee high quality standards and flawless execution;
  • Monitor and manage bonus allocation, ensuring customer rewards are distributed within agreed timescales and strictly aligned with corporate budgets;
  • Track and report on campaign performance, compiling up-to-date reports on key CRM metrics, delivery KPIs, and customer insights to propose optimization strategies;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Lifecycle, Technology, and Content teams across different markets to align goals and report technical defects;

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field;
  • Proven experience in CRM, particularly with online marketing, automated CRM practices, and cross-channel campaign implementation;
  • Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills, basic HTML skills, and a strong comfort level with numbers and data insights;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and email service providers (e.g., Optimove, Acoustic, Salesforce, Marketo, or Exact Target);
  • Full professional fluency in verbal and written English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the adaptability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of the online gaming industry, experience with CMS platforms (like WordPress), or familiarity with A/B testing (considered an asset).
