The hourly pay rate for this position is$30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, certifications, licensure, and location.
Description:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves animals and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experiencerooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and supportive team member.

Requirements:
Registered Veterinary Technicians (license must be current)
3+ years of clinical veterinary experience(required)Â
Strong anesthesia monitoring experience.
Highly skilled at teaching, training, and mentoring vet tech knowledge and skills with staff
Experience with inventory for surgeries and back-of-the-house medications and supplies
Understands surgery scheduling, and helps to control each surgery's flow to stay on track
Full-time position
Must be available to work weekends
