What we are Looking For:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate who wants to build a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Healthcare Technology.Â
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to learn, naturally curious, highly organized, and excited to work directly with customers. You’ll work closely with our VP of Customer Success and gain exposure to customer onboarding, relationship management, healthcare operations, AI technology, and revenue growth.Â

RESPONSIBILITIESÂ - Support sales hand-off, customer onboarding and implementation activitiesÂ
- Help customers adopt and maximize value from Steer’s platformÂ
- Monitor customer requests and ensure timely follow-upÂ
- Coordinate across Customer Success, Product and Engineering teamsÂ
- Document customer feedback and identify trendsÂ
- Assist with customer training and education initiativesÂ
- Help maintain customer health metrics and reportingÂ
- Participate in customer meetings and learn account management best practicesÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processesÂ
- Jump in wherever needed, because startup life requires flexibility and teamworkÂ
- 1-3 years of professional experience OR equivalent healthcare experienceÂ
- Strong communication skills and professional presenceÂ
- Exceptional curiosity and willingness to learnÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to changing prioritiesÂ
- Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for detailed instructionsÂ
- Excited about startups, AI technology and building processes as you goÂ
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSÂ
- Experience working in a healthcare setting such as hospital systems, medical practices or clinics.Â
- Experience working for a healthcare technology companyÂ
- Experience with AI, voice agent, or patient engagement platform implementationsÂ
- Customer-facing experienceÂ
- Startup experienceÂ
- Project coordination or implementation experienceÂ
