Referral Rewards

We appreciate the effort and trust involved in recommending great talent.

Successful referrals are eligible for a referral bonus after the candidate successfully completes their probation period at Stay Group.

The bonus amount depends on the level and complexity of the role:

Position Level:
Referral BonusCustomer Support & Entry-Level Roles - Up to $50
Middle-Level Specialists - Up to $200
Senior Specialists - Up to $300
Lead / Head / Strategic Roles - Individual bonus agreement

The final bonus amount is determined based on the position and will be confirmed by the Talent Acquisition team during the referral process.

How to Submit a Referral

Please provide:

• Candidate's Full Name
• CV or LinkedIn Profile
• Contact Information
• Position of Interest (if known)
• A short recommendation explaining why you believe the candidate would be a strong fit

Our Talent Acquisition team will review the profile and contact the candidate if there is a match with current or upcoming opportunities.

Referral Bonus Terms

• Referral bonuses are paid only after the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period.
• The candidate must remain actively employed with Stay Group at the time of the bonus payout.
• Bonus amounts may vary depending on the position, seniority level, and hiring circumstances.
• Stay Group reserves the right to review eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
• The Talent Acquisition team will confirm the applicable bonus amount once the referral enters the hiring process.
