We are searching for the best talent for a Data Science, Generative AI & Intelligent Automation Co-Op within the Digital & Commercial Innovation organization. 

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and technically curious co-op to help design, develop, and scale solutions spanning predictive analytics, enterprise generative AI, conversational intelligence, and intelligent process automation. The role will support real-world commercial and operational challenges by turning data and knowledge into actionable insights, AI-enabled experiences, and more efficient digital workflows. 

The successful candidate will work directly on applied innovation initiatives while collaborating with data scientists, AI architects, commercial stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technology teams. Projects may include predictive business intelligence, knowledge-grounded AI assistants, agentic workflows, AI-enabled content classification, and automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the design and development of predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions that improve commercial decision-making, customer engagement, and employee productivity. 
• Analyze commercial, sales, marketing, e-commerce, healthcare, and operational datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights. 
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models, large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation solutions, conversational experiences, and agentic workflows. 
• Build knowledge retrieval, prompt, and evaluation frameworks that integrate structured and unstructured business information and improve response quality. 
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes involving reporting, approvals, customer support, data management, and recurring business activities. 
• Develop workflows and digital tools using Python, SQL, low-code automation technologies, cloud platforms, and business intelligence tools. 
• Create dashboards, applications, visualizations, reports, and demonstrations that translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations. 
• Evaluate model performance, data quality, feature stability, solution reliability, adoption, and analytical integrity across deployed solutions. 
• Assist with solution testing, deployment, documentation, maintenance, and scaling across product platforms and business domains. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and communicate findings to business and technology audiences. 
• Participate in AI governance, responsible AI practices, continuous improvement, and business value measurement. 

Qualifications

Education 

We are seeking recent graduates, as well as candidates currently pursuing a Master's, or PhD degree in one of the following fields:

Mentorship & Support 

The co-op will receive direct mentorship from Digital & Commercial Innovation team members and gain hands-on experience delivering solutions used by real business stakeholders. The individual will have opportunities to contribute across analytics, automation, and enterprise AI initiatives while developing technical, business, and professional skills.
