The Role Â
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals. You will be responsible for expanding our regional presence, prospecting new clients, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships. As a Regional Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with marketing, client success, and customer service teams to drive strategic growth and long-term client retention.Â

Role Specifics Â
- Work Location: Remote, US
- Travel: 25% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)Â
- Compensation Structure:In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan. When meeting 100% of goals, the expected total annual compensation for this role is $170,000.
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Sales Manager.Â

What You Will Own Â
- Identifying, prospecting, and securing new partnerships with landlords and property managers within your assigned regionÂ
- Delivering tailored sales presentations, effectively communicating the benefits of our platform, and negotiating contracts to close new businessÂ
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing opportunities for upsell and retentionÂ
- Working closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing onesÂ
- Sharing feedback on regional trends to enhance product offerings and client engagementÂ
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently pursuing and closing high-quality dealsÂ
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and local housing markets to position College Pads in your markets effectivelyÂ

Required Qualifications Â
- 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makersÂ
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contracts and deal structuresÂ
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong time management and organizational skillsÂ
- A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsÂ
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office or Google Workspace toolsÂ
- Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing is a significant advantageÂ

Preferred Qualifications Â
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field  Â
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related fieldÂ
- Experience in a fast-paced, growing company Â
