Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized financial advisory and wealth management solutions to retail customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Proactively acquire new customer accounts and deepen relationships with existing clients to expand the bank's portfolio.
• Meet individual sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and support units to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate actively in branch promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.

Requirements

• A recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service within the banking and financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Possession of relevant financial advisory certifications is highly preferred.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
