Site Supervisor – CARPI (Construction / Waterproofing)

Location: USA (Extensive Travel Required)

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background ingeneral construction, with preference for experience inwaterproofing or similar specialized works. This role combineshands-on supervision with coordination, reporting, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure assignedprogress targets are achieved
• Lead and organize site teams (technicians and workers)
• Coordinate daily activities including:
  • Material delivery, offloading, and internal movement
  • Equipment checks and readiness
  • Task allocation and work sequencing

Safety

• Ensure compliance withgeneral construction safety standards (OSHA 30 or similar preferred)
• Monitor site safety and enforce best practices
• Report and address safety incidents or risks

Reporting

• Prepare and submit:
  • Daily progress reports
  • Safety observations/reports
  • Quality notes
• Maintain documentation usingExcel-based reporting tools

Coordination

• Interface daily withEngineers and Project Managers regarding:
  • Progress
  • Safety matters
  • Quality issues
• Maintain a professional approach when interacting withclients and stakeholders

Materials & Equipment

• Manage materials, accessories, and site consumables
• Monitor deliveries, storage, and usage on site
• Track materials usingExcel (training on internal systems provided)

Inspections & Quality

• Coordinate and participate indaily inspections with clients/engineers
• Ensure works are completed in accordance withquality requirements
• Prepare activities for inspection and approval

Work Conditions

• Projects across the USA with assignments typically:
  • 2–6 months duration, or
  • Short-term interventions (2–4 weeks)
• Willingness to work10–12 hour days when required
• Overtime compensated according to labor laws

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience inconstruction site supervision
• Experience inwaterproofing projects is an advantage
• Strong understanding ofgeneral construction practices and safety
• OSHA certification preferred
• Basic to intermediateExcel skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel extensively

Additional Criteria

• Experience working withgovernment and/or private sector clients
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach on site
