- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing channels.
- Generate qualified leads and support sales team targets.
- Oversee content creation including social media posts, videos, designs, and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing events.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance insights.
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign spending.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, POS, or technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience in branding, campaign management, and lead generation.
- Good understanding of social media management and paid advertising strategies.
- Analytical mindset with strong performance tracking and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B marketing and customer acquisition is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to market trends and customer behavior.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle fast-paced work environments.
