Job Description

  • Generate and follow up with potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Present company services and solutions in a professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and field visits
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare sales reports and update client records regularly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery
  • Conduct market visits and support business development activities
  • Follow up on leads and maintain continuous communication with prospects

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in the Fintech POS field is a must
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Previous sales experience is highly preferred
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors and attend client meetings
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
