Job Description
- Generate and follow up with potential clients to expand the customer base
- Present company services and solutions in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and field visits
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare sales reports and update client records regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery
- Conduct market visits and support business development activities
- Follow up on leads and maintain continuous communication with prospects
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the Fintech POS field is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and attend client meetings
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
