What you will be responsible for
Performing and reviewing daily checks on file deliverables to the clients and investigating discrepancies
Monitoring daily processes and internal/external communication, flagging any issues during group discussions or to the manager, suggesting improvements
Assisting manager and taking ownership to close out issues,Â
Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and managers
Adhering to internal procedures and best practices at all times
Offering guidance and support to the less experienced members of the team
Actively working with other team members to build team spirit to be able to grow as a group
Taking part in initiatives to strengthen team collaboration and engagement, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of financial services industry experience is an asset
Professional experience from a different area is acceptable
Working knowledge of MS Excel

Minimum Salary:​
zł68,004 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
