Role and Key Responsibilities:

· Lead transition readiness and knowledge transfer activities for complex Credit Assessment work.

· Design and deliver capability development programs for Credit Assessors

· Coach the coach elevate credit assessment for SME, Trainer, QA and Team Leaders

· Act as the primary SME for credit policy interpretation, lending standards, and complex assessment scenarios.

· Help Training and Quality to develop accreditation frameworks, knowledge repositories, and competency standards.

· Support transformation initiatives & engagement considering he carries the institutional knowledge

Key Skills and knowledge:

· Strong expertise in credit assessment.

· Bachelor’s degree required

Educational Qualification:

Graduate
